WHO'S UP FOR A FRIENDLY PLANKING CHALLENGE?

This challenge is simple.  Plank every morning and post your time.  This is so much fun for everyone.  It encourages healthy competition as we all see our times posted each day.  Who's up for it?  The idea is start with as little as 30 seconds and add 30 seconds each day.  Let's do it.  I'll post my time in the morning and you all can follow suit!  HAPPY PLANKING!!
